Malt render engine to represent complex scene
Could it be viable to integrate the Malt engine into BlenderBIM to show complex scenes? This comes because i notice that revit basically does renders when creating 3D views, and the closest to that style is the Malt render, which create NPR shading in real time which is expected from some users, a outline of the model, and some simple shading.
Here is one render i made with malt, where i intentionally try replicating the look architect us in revit.
The Malt engine supports changing the line with, adding textures, simple shading etc. which in architecture is important for representation. The integration i wish we could have is to automate the node setup required to adjust the line thickness that one has to the line thickness of the render, which at the moment requires some calculation and math. and by integrating it, maybe creating a library to create styles depending on the material and being able to render it much faster, since it would be an image. It would bring flexibility to the users, to create a SVG output, or an image, when crating drawings.

Wow, that's super cool. At a glance it seems to be a raster renderer, so it's still probably inappropriate for technical drawings, but it should definitely be available as an option I reckon, especially for creating 3D views.
Can you help file a bug so we can keep track of this suggestion?
nice image, I just want to attack it with markers and colour pencils. In a good way :)
