  • Did something change recently here in the forum? I lost the ability to react to posts with those emoji "Awesome", "Insightful" "Lol" etc.
I tried in two different browsers (Firefox, and Edge) both at home and work, and the button to react no longer shows up anywhere.
I can see other people's reactions fine, and if I recall correctly to the right of those there used to be a button to add your own, but I can no longer see it. I tried disabling ad blocker, but I see no difference.

Tangentially related, I see some people use the "Promote" reaction, but I never got one. Is this an achievement you unlock? I probably just don't post enough here to earn it yet.

  • @duarteframos
what I know is that the "promote" reaction becomes available to moderator users
I am not sure how to get it, if because of points or just bestowed by the community overlords ;)

  • Yes, that makes sense, its more ore less what i was expecting. Thanks for the explanation, that satisfies my curiosity.
Now I wonder why all others are gone for me. Maybe some new requirement to combat spam.

I can confirm this behavior. It changed circa 2 days ago.
