Currently only in the unstable version and only for "fillet" walls as a rounded corner between two other walls. There are other means to make standalone curved walls but not parametrically (yet). Cheers
You can make a curved wall, but it will be made of many small segments that will each be an object.
Simply create a slab. Edit the outline. Select vertices (1) bevel them (Ctrl-B), click to end the bevel, expand the last operation panel at bottom left. Edit the radius, segments, profile etc. to suit. Exit slab editing. Select the wall tool. Make the slab the active object, then Shift-A to add walls. They'll be created around the perimeter. i.e.
It's even possible to create complex curves, but that is a bit more involved, as it doesn't seem to be possible just with Bonsai tools. You have to create Blender curves, convert to meshes, fill it, extrude it, assign as IfcSlab, convert to an arbitrary extrusion, save representation, then add the walls.
@Gorgious thank you for recent development around filleted walls!
Is there any roadmap, to accommodate layered walls?--that is walls with a materiallayersets?

@theoryshaw this is not yet on the roadmap, but feel free to add it as a feature request over github : https://github.com/IfcOpenShell/IfcOpenShell/issues/8088
