Hi, I'm a newbie with blenderbim and I experience the same issue with a model created in blenderBIM, Deleted window and door appear in the exported IFC file in a dedicated viewer (and in ifcos qt display). The (crappy) model is in attachment in hope that it will help. But if the problem is with caching mechanisms, appart me on my computer will have problems...
BTW, my blender and blenderBIM install are fresh from yesterday.
I have walls, slabs or beams that do not delete on recent unstable versions of BlenderBIM. Clearly the problem is with BlenderGIS, which has to be desactivated and then it works, just to let you know.
Btw it also blocks the duplication of elements with Shift+D from being saved in the IFC. Without BlenderGIS, it works
